Just the Facts

The studio is normally available for open studio project during the hours listed below.  If a class or event overlaps normal open studio times, no open studio projects can be done during these times to allow our focus and studio resources to be fully available to the class or event.  Call ahead if you are concerned about us being available to pick up your previously created pieces.

Wednesday – Friday 11am – 5pm

Saturday 10am – 4pm

Mondays, Tuesdays and Evenings by Appt or by Chance


All classes and events must be prepaid to reserve your spot.  Sometimes there may be a last minute opening that can be paid when you arrive, but all unpaid reservations will be available to other clients if they are not paid within 24 hours of a reservation being made.


For the safety and enjoyment of all customers, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we deem unable to safely and politely function in our studio.  We are a working glass fusion studio where all projects involve working with glass which carries a certain level of assumed risk.


Gift wrapping is available for for an additional fee ($3-$10).  For items that you make and plan to give as a gift, we can provide a gift tag for you that states “Handcrafted Especially for You by ___________”.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of stock merchandise.  If you are not, please return the item.

Items returned in their original condition within 30 days will receive a full refund, minus the actual shipping costs if relevant.  Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.  If you originally paid with a credit card and we are unable to issue the refund to the credit card, the refund will be paid by cash or check minus the credit card processing fee.

Custom orders and pieces made in our studio by customers are not eligible for return.


Creative Escape Glass LLC is located in Missouri and we must collect sales tax for all items and classes purchased regardless of where they may ultimately be shipped, including the cost of shipping.


Shipping & handling in the US will be charged for all purchases and pieces made in the studio that you are unable to pick up in person and would like shipped to you.

Items that are in stock will normally be shipped within a week of receipt of the order.  For custom pieces, production time can add up to an additional three weeks prior to shipping.  You will be notified once an item is shipped and if there are any anticipated delays due to production timing.

Overseas/International – We are sorry that we cannot ship products internationally at this time.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel any order due to excessive quantities or the appearance of fraud.  We will attempt to notify you by contacting you at the supplied email address and/or phone number.
